GrowYourX (“GrowYourX”, “we”, “us”) is an independently operated software service for finding ideas, writing, scheduling, publishing, engaging and measuring posts on X (formerly Twitter). These Terms govern your use of the GrowYourX web app, the browser extension, the API, and any related service (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, to use the Service. You must also satisfy X’s own minimum age and comply with X’s rules. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with X accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate account details and keep them up to date. One person or organization per account unless a plan expressly allows otherwise.
- Keep your password, API keys and extension tokens private. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.
3. Connecting your X account
GrowYourX connects to X through X’s own authorization flow. You grant access yourself, and you can revoke it at any time from your X account settings or by disconnecting the account inside GrowYourX. We request read and write access so we can read posts and profile information and publish posts on your behalf. We never ask for your X password and we do not request access to your direct messages.
GrowYourX publishes to X only when you tell it to. By default it operates human-in-the-loop: drafts are staged for your approval and nothing is posted until you approve it or you have explicitly scheduled it. Optional autonomous publishing can be enabled only by you, and only within limits you control.
4. What the Service does
Depending on your plan and how you configure it, the Service can: surface trending and outlier posts on X as ideas; generate drafts in a voice calibrated from your own posts; schedule and publish posts and threads at times you choose; suggest and send replies; track the performance of your posts and of accounts you follow; attribute link clicks and revenue; and run an assistant that can take actions you request. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the posts, drafts, media, notes and other material you create or upload (“Your Content”). You give us the limited permission needed to operate the Service for you: to store Your Content, to send it to X when you publish, to show it back to you, and to process it in the AI features you use. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to post or send unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing or spam content, or content that violates X’s rules;
- use the Service for bulk, repetitive or unsolicited automation, for mass bot replies, or in any way that circumvents X’s automation rules or rate limits;
- access X or any other service by scraping, browser automation or “shadow” methods outside the official interfaces the Service uses;
- use another person’s X account without their permission, or share, resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent;
- reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data, or use it to break the law or the rights of others.
7. Plans, trials and payment
Paid plans and their prices are shown on our website and inside the app. Prices are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, and annual plans are discounted as shown at checkout. New subscriptions may begin with a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the paid plan begins automatically. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and cancellation stops future charges. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
Until you subscribe to a paid plan, access to the Service is provided free of charge, as-is, and may be limited by usage caps, X API limits or availability, and may change.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is offered as-is and may change, break or be removed. It depends on X’s API and on other third-party services, so features can be rate-limited, degraded or interrupted, and we do not guarantee uptime or that any particular feature will remain available.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the Service, breaks these Terms, risks the security of the Service, or puts other users or our access to X’s API at risk. When your account ends, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on X’s API and on other providers for hosting, database, artificial-intelligence processing, email and payments. Your use of X remains subject to X’s terms, and use of those providers may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design and the GrowYourX name and marks. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation. X, Twitter and their logos are trademarks of their respective owners; GrowYourX is not affiliated with X Corp.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular growth, reach or revenue result.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost posts, lost reach, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of X’s rules.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply at the operator’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
